Kolkata city limits: same-day delivery for prepaid orders

Place your order and complete payment by 2 p.m. IST, Monday–Friday, for delivery the same day within Kolkata city limits.

Orders placed or paid after 2 p.m. are delivered on the next working day. Working days are Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays. Friday after-cutoff and weekend orders are delivered Monday unless Monday is a public holiday; in that case, delivery is on the next working day.

This service applies to prepaid orders only and is arranged manually by Nimuki through a local delivery partner. COD orders use standard delivery.

Standard delivery

  • West Bengal, including Kolkata COD orders: around 2 working days.
  • Rest of India: 3–5 working days.

For standard delivery, orders placed after 2 p.m., on weekends or on public holidays are dispatched on the next working day. During festive seasons or high-order periods, courier delays can occur.

For courier shipments, we send a tracking link and tracking number by email. Delivery updates may also be sent on WhatsApp by the courier partner. For local Kolkata delivery, our team coordinates delivery directly.

Cash on Delivery is available on eligible orders. For delivery questions, email hello@nimuki.com.
