So we made something ourselves. Small batches, fabrics we'd put against our own skin first, silhouettes that let kids actually move. Nimuki is a husband-and-wife project, built at home, designed for the little years.

How long will my order take to arrive?
We’re based in Kolkata, so delivery timelines vary slightly by location:
– Within West Bengal: around 2 working days
– Rest of India: 3–5 working days
We always choose the fastest available courier for your area, so your order reaches you with the least possible wait. Orders placed after 2 PM are shipped in the next day’s batch. During festive seasons or high-order periods, occasional delays can happen due to courier load — we’ll always do our best to get your order to you within the stated window or earlier.
How does Cash on Delivery work?
Choose Cash on Delivery at checkout. We’ll send a quick WhatsApp message to confirm your order before it ships, just to make sure it reaches you smoothly. Please keep exact cash ready at the time of delivery. Note: COD orders aren’t eligible for discount codes — paying online gets you an extra 10% off instead.
What is your return and exchange policy?
You can request a return or one time exchange within 7 days of delivery. We offer an exchange first — for a different size or colour — and if that’s not possible, we’ll issue store credit or a refund. Items must be unused, unwashed, in original condition, with all tags and the security tag still attached.
How are refunds handled for Cash on Delivery orders?
COD order refunds are issued as store credit,not a bank transfer or cash refund. Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days once the returned item passes inspection.
How do I choose the rightsize?
Our sizes are grouped by age: 3–4Y, 4–5Y, and 5–6Y. Each product page has a detailed size chart — please check it before ordering, since fit can vary slightly by style. As a general guide: our co-ord sets are designed with arelaxed, slightly oversized fit for extra comfort and ease of movement, while our regular T-shirts have a true regular fit — not loose, not tight — with sleeves sitting just above the elbow.
What fabric are Nimuki clothes made of?
All our co-ord sets aremade from 100% cotton — soft, breathable, and gentle on children’s skin, made close to home in Kolkata.
How do I care for these garments?
Care instructions are specific to each product and listed on its product page — please check before washing. You’ll also find the care symbols printed on the inside back of every T-shirt, which you can follow directly.
Are your prices inclusive of tax?
Yes. All listed prices already include GST — the price you see at checkout is the final price, with no hidden charges added later.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept two payment options: Online prepaid (cards, UPI, netbanking) via Razorpay — an extra discount is automatically applied at checkout for prepaid orders. Cash on Delivery (COD) — pay in cash when your order arrives. Please note: Any discounts or offers does not apply to Cash on Delivery orders.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is placed and shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link and tracking number via email. You’ll also get delivery updates on WhatsApp, based on the courier partner handling your shipment.
