Unused, unwashed, with original packaging, tags and security tag intact. Exchanges depend on stock; inspection and existing eligibility conditions apply.
In Kolkata? Get it sooner.
Within city limits: order and pay by 2 p.m. IST Mon–Fri for same-day delivery. Later orders arrive the next working day. Weekends and public holidays are non-working days.
Delivery, returns & COD terms
Working days: Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays. Friday after 2 p.m. and weekend orders arrive Monday unless it is a public holiday, in which case delivery is on the next working day. COD orders use standard delivery.
For eligible returns we offer a size or colour exchange first; if unavailable, store credit or a refund. One exchange or return per order or item, subject to stock. Prepaid refunds go to the original payment method after inspection. COD retains its existing terms, including a possible ₹150 reverse-logistics fee and refunds as store credit.
